Communication is important. That’s why we use confirmation and follow up emails to confirm moving times, moving dates and your satisfaction after the job. Also, expect a call when we’re on the way to your home.

Payment

Our minimum is 2 hours, and our hourly rate starts at arrival and stops as the last item is placed in your home. Don’t worry about paying exorbitant fees to cover the distance to and from our truck lot.

Convenience

They arrived on time with wonderful communication. The team of three that I had was very nice, sweet, and genuine people. They let me nag about where things would go and didn't complain once about it. I did have minor issues with some dishes that were broken, a bookshelf panel that had been damaged, and a deep scratch on the flooring of my rental. I did have to go back and tighten up some screws on furniture, but otherwise excellent service. They responded immediately to my claim and I was compensated without any issues! I am still missing a mirror, however, but communication has been consistent (even as far as after hours). So, hoping to locate it soon! They are a great professional team, and, minor issues aside, did a fantastic job.

A neighbor recommended Cavalier and I am grateful they did. I got a good price on my one-bedroom move, and the guys did a fantastic job. They were very careful with my glass and fragile antiques, wrapping everything up safely. Excellent communication, easy to work with, good humored too. Couldn’t ask for a better crew.

Yes. Cavalier Moving is licensed and insured, and registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration under USDOT #4061087.

Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and schedule moves on weekends as well as weekdays. Spring and summer weekends book up first, so reserve early if your date is fixed.

Your crew brings the truck, dollies, pads and shrink wrap, protects your floors and doorways, disassembles and reassembles standard furniture, and places everything where you want it. Furniture assembly and packing can be added.
